Famous flavors:

• 抹茶 matcha (the gateway flavor)
• ヨーロピアンチーズ Yōropian chīzu (European cheese)
• わさび wasabi (why not?)
• 日本酒 nihonshu (sake, because Japan)
• 醤油 shōyu (soy sauce)

Some flavors are seasonal or regional exclusives. If you see it, buy it. It might not exist tomorrow.

Souvenir note: The fancy Kit Kat Chocolatory versions make great お土産 omiyage (edible souvenir/gift). Regular コンビニ konbini ones make great 3 AM snacks.
